I have beyond light but I just logged in and the system say I don't have when I try to go to stasis. What do I need to do to fix this I am not buying it again!

  • Go to microsoft.com and log into your account. Go to purchase history and find your purchase of Beyond Light. Make sure the purchase status shows as Completed. If the status shows as anything other than Completed or is completely missing from your purchase history then you will need to contact Microsoft for additional assistance.
