Another sandbox update, new weapons and yet again the worst type of weapon to use in pvp are Scout rifles. Seriously bungie, getting 2 tapped by a fkn sidearm at range or instantly melted by the new pulse is ridiculous, add that to hand cannons like Igneous, Paledrome or now Eyesluna that never seem to miss shots at range. Wtf the is the point of having scouts in the game anymore when all you do is constantly -blam!- on them?

Really what dmt does should just be an innate physic of all scout rifles, repeated critical shots causing increased damage. What bungie fails to get is that they built the balance of scout rifles on "they should do less damage because they allow you to engage at range with relative safety" without considering that anyone engaging at range will be using a sniper that no scout can compete with and literally no part of the game is conducive to scout rifles, especially not "safety". Literally everything in this game is designed around close quarters engagements. The truth is they added bows to the game to avoid having to address the scout rifle problem.
