Players will be able to change their names later this Winter when Bungie releases that function to the website.
If you wish a refund you will need to speak to the retailer you purchased the game content from.

THIS IS TOTALLY BS IVE BEEN PLAYING SINCE 2014 WHGY DIDNT MY NAME STAY. THIS IUS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR ON YOUR TEAMS PART. THIS SHOUILD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AND FIXED LONG BEFORE NOW. FIX THIS ISSUE WITH NAMES. THERE IS ZERO REASONS MY NAME SHOULD HAVE EVER BEEN CHANGED. Let alone taking over 6 months to a year to let me be able to change my name. fix the issue with names now it literally takes your team a keystroke to do so consider this isnt a new issue and you have fixed it before. im not whilling to wait until the end of winter. i purchased everything from bungie. Fix this it's crap you did this in the first place. there is zero reasons for this unless your going to try and charge us to get our name back.
