Hi there!
Your DxDiag report is reporting one or two LiveKernel event codes, error code 141. This could be a potential hardware issue that is normally associated with your GPU.
Please try disabling your shader cache and see if this helps alleviate the issue. You can do this in the Manage 3D Settings section of your nVidia Control Panel. It would be listed as Shader Cache Size.

Edited by Philzy: 1/3/2022 1:27:28 AMHey appreciate the feedback, not sure how far back the DxDiag grabs logs from of those may be from a hard reset earlier that day, I Disabled shader cache and still only managed to get like 10-20 mins before crashing: https://pastebin.com/61E304VH Going to go off destiny for a bit it seems, was playing the content fine for multiple hours until 3.4.0.1 dropped. Re-enabled it for for now and going to upgrade my drivers back to latest, might as well avoid instability on my other applications.

Your DxDiag has reported new events with LiveKernel 141 and an access violation exception error code. It is entirely possible that you are experiencing some form of hardware issue. Have you contacted nVidia Support to see what they could provide from a diagnostic standpoint?
