Is free to play the issue?
Is free to play the reason we don’t have vendor refreshes, factions, no new maps in pvp, and the overall downhill spiral of pvp in general? If so why doesn’t Bungie just stop the free to play model and go back to what they did in D1 where we got more?

D2 isnt really free to play. Bungie drip feeds us and plans things out in a certain way. According to leaks i read awhile back, revamped ib/gambit (loot/rep structure) and factions will return sometime next year. All 3 of those things will probably release across separate seasons and new pvp maps will coincide with the “ib revamp”.
