Even if it cost 0 it would actively be worse than what we have now by virtue of taking an already crowded head mod slot. Maybe don't lick Bungie's boots so much and actually be upset when something is bad. Aka, like this.

  • My point is, they MAY add another slot to help with the issue. Obviously, Bungie sucks at communicating, so I’m taking the wait and see approach.

  • Not an assumption, they are actively removing a game mechanic and then giving it back in the worst way possible. I'm not ignorant or stupid either, bungie has a long list of bad ideas that they have tried pushing as good things for the game. Remember double primaries? Or how about sunsetting? Maybe the original version of champion mods that were tied to weapon mods? Skepticism and criticism are needed, especially with bungies track record. If any one is assuming anything here, it's you with assuming Bungie has effectively thought this idea through and that it won't negatively impact game experience.

  • And you can't wait to defend a company that has...Given us almost nothing but negatives, framed as positive improvements. I wouldn't be half as upset if the orb creation mod went into boots, or the class item. But helmets? This is MORE proof that Bungo doesn't take ANYTHING into consideration, but monetary gain. They want to make orb creation mods, but where are updated weapon perk mods? WHY at this stage of the game are we stuck with the same stagnant "Surrounded, Dragonfly, Rampage" mods, but haven't gotten ANY new perk mods?
