Thing is you don't need to match elements if all you want is protective light. Matching elements simply adds 2x on charges. Only thing this changes is it requires 2 mods: well generating mod and elemental charge vs 1 with taking charge. Or you can use mods that charge you based on certain weapon kills or heck charge converter is all you need. Overall it's just a bad change with other CWL mods available, if the goal is nerfing CWL. If you want wells to be more appealing, add more mods like well of tenacity or well of life. Don't nerf other aspects that really dont need nerfing.
