Let’s be real though, had orbs and cool downs worked like D1, we really wouldn’t be having this conversation, or their sheer need for them to keep f’ing with everything, which is the crux of the problem. They don’t even have a uniform way of doing anything. They keep claiming the MMO card, but this change and the previous ability change goes opposite of what they claim D2 is.
