I would like to thank Bungie for never testing anything and releasing broken patches. Like right now, grabbed the New Light quest on my titan just for the hell of it. Got to Cold Boot, can't complete it. Says get to the Array but once you reach Lunar complex the waypoint marker bugs out and leads you in a circle in 1 room to point at a chair then to an open door then the chair, ect. If you go to the array anyways and scan it, it does not progress. Cheers Bungie for breaking the New Light quest and making New Lights quit before they can even really start!
