Amazing that the wokest companies treat their people like absolute garbage.

Well, ya. Look at Sony right now and their super passive-aggressive response to the MS/ABK acquisition and exclusivity. Look at the hijacking and redefining of the language and the wokewashing of history When your actions don’t speak for themselves, that’s what you get
-
Usually the ones that speak out the loudest on an issue are the ones who are causing the issue. I learned that from "How to be Woke 101"
-
That's because in the corporate world 'woke' is only a marketing term. It means nothing within corporate culture.
-
Yep it’s basically a class system at this point and if your not playing ball your on the bottom of that class system no matter your parts or colors.
-
Funny how they don’t see the rot for what it is, even at a marketing level. They conflated pandering with power
-
I got banned for a month for making that correlation, but I still believe the most far left woke policy, gets you the worst employee's and the most offenders. Riot games, Blizzard, Activision, and Bungie.
-
When your hierarchy isn't based on merit, it's not effective?

It was unsurprising, to say the least!

Woke on paper means more money 😉
-
It's more like sociopaths trying to offset their guilt by doing what they interpret as good deeds. Like it somehow absolves them of their crimes. Going woke is just the modern day equivalent to indulgences. People saw through it then and they do now. Unfortunately there's still plenty of mouth breathers who still fall for it.
-
That’s most likely not it in my opinion. They just want the money. They couldn’t care less about their morality at this point.
-
Woke on paper means more money 😉
It usually doesn’t, which is the strange part. Identity politics usually divide and alienate. Buuut, corporations see it as cover, do what you want because you’re saying the “right thing”. Nike is a prime example, they push the hell out of all the woke stuff, but literally use slavery to make their products.
-
Maybe, but with woke commercials, models, etc (Nike), they earn much more. Same with Bungie: emblems, fundations......
-
Ya but it’s a little diff imo when it’s in a country that is supposed to be an example and affects the ppl here. By that I mean, screw Nike, if they go out of business it means that “labor” will be “freed” With Bungie, those ppls lives are in the line because of a few dbs that perpetuated the environment
-
Maybe, but with woke commercials, models, etc (Nike), they earn much more. Same with Bungie: emblems, fundations......
Maybe, but they’re also turning people off. Sad part is that if companies would just make a solid product and treat their people respectfully, the finances take care of themselves without fake virtue signaling.
-
Exactly! But unfortunally, the world has changed in a very weird way.

Same reason priests touch boys. They are full of ….

-
Wow someone finally told the truth thank you buddy for growin some balls to tell the truth
-
Or maybe these are the companies where people have the courage to come forward. People are too scared to come forward otherwise.

People are too scared to come forward otherwise.
It takes tremendous bravery, agreed. My point is that corporations use identity politics and virtue signaling as a cover.
-
True. And also other people who don’t see things their way.
-
Isn’t that something?
