Lorentz Driver is basically cheating
This gun is OP and should be nerfed hard asap
anyone using it is a cheater and scumbag. Anyone using it is basically cheating in pvp and gets reported.

6 RepliesThe majority of people on here including the OP are the literal definition of "Everything's broken and a crutch, nerf it to the ground because I can't play." It's getting tiresome and I'm starting to believe that people either don't read, pay attention, or play the game. It's part of the reason why most of the abilities and gear are getting nerfed or butchered, and the game's becoming less fun and more tedious. It happens every single season or dlc, and the minute it happens, people either regret it or get heated because "it's not what we wanted!" And what's worse, you're reporting people for using a weapon in the game the way it was intended? Because you can't beat it or avoid it? You're willing to falsely accuse people of cheating who are just having fun or doing a catalyst, and wasting people's time like this is one reason actual cheaters are harder to find or actual reports go unheard. This is Entitled Karen levels of tomfoolery. I suggest taking a break from the game or PvP and rethink your actions. This is utter foolishness, and will only bring the game further down. And I would hate for the game to be in a sorry state, and I'm pretty sure a grand number of others would too, you included. I understand things can be too much and need to be toned down, but this is definitely too far and unnecessary. Especially when certain things are not too powerful.

If its in the game, they aren't cheating.... ...so the onus is on you to adjust to its presence in the game. Which is a better use of your time and energy than coming here to complain about it....or using the reporting system to harass them because you choose to act like a sore loser.

I’m reporting!” the problem doesn’t get actual recognition. All you’ve done is humiliated yourself and lessened the actual severity of the issue.

1 ReplyThe biggest issue with it and other Linears, and even with Snipers is their ability to just shoot through any incoming fire. I swear I think shooting a Sniper or a Linear user just improves their aim. But, is not OP like how you have described it, and it definitely isn’t cheating.

Solution is simple; get it, complete catalyst, place a dot on the centre of you’re screen, run around the map no scoping like everyone else.

Lorentz is borderline unfair in a lot of ways, but it isn't [i]cheating[/i]. It's ridiculous you even think of reporting people who play the game as Bungie designed it.
