All the matches I get are where one guy on the other team is a god because of his lag while I am put on the team with people who haven't played as much during the year which leaves me top light level when this happens I know we've already lost since I'm not even good at pvp

No, every match is the same: One player with 3+ k/d gets the whole connection and just runs forward and kills the whole team on his own. And for the rest of us the weirdest things are happening.
