It's Bungie's way of fixing their broken spawns lol ... I wonder if it bothers them that so many people think they're dumb and bad at their jobs.

I don’t get it. In theory it doesn’t do anything and in practice it still doesn’t. The spawns are broken. We could wait for 3 years as opposed to 5 seconds and they’d still be broken.
