I tend to agree, while I have no issue with friends killing each other for fun, it's completely different when doing it with randoms.
If someone successfully kills me using one of these methods, I implement the following:
1. Stop making any progress in that round.
2. Continuously follow the person that killed me and tbag/emote them any time they die.
3. Do everything I can to annoy that person by trying to kill them or at least getting in their way of completing objectives.
If you are going to waste my time, I am going to waste your time.

Same all of the above I do as well to retaliate also I’m so tired of Bungie game constantly error coding me or contacting D2 servers either right before the boss dies or halfway through the run so I literally don’t get any progress towards rank 16 it’s happened like 5 times just today and no it’s not on my end
