Game recently started to crashe randomly due to Memory access violation without a proper error code

About the System: I'm running Windows 10 Home (21H2 | 19044.1466) (system integrity verified) with the following spec: - Ryzen 7 5800x - 32 GB 3200 MHz Ram (integrity verified) - Both OS and Game are on a 1TB Samsung 860 Evo (Integrity verified) - GTX 1070 (latest drivers) BIOS and chip set drivers are also up to date I have not experienced any System instability or crashes in other Games. System on time seems to be no factor as well. No component is overclocked (also no factory OC) Surrounding situation: When I take a look in the System events, the report is rather unhelpful only saying bad_module_info. It appears as if Crashes are preceded by another error:
GetCACaps GetCACaps: Not Found {"Message":"The authority \"amd-keyid-[random string].microsoftaik.azure.net\" does not exist."}
This may be only be case of correlation though. Furthermore, I tend to crash after this crash with an error code marmot some time later. And files are often damaged even if the game doesn't crash. Around the crash: There seems to be no common denominator activity wise when I crash it just happens. PvP, PvP, solo, in a group, crossplay all seem to have no impact. Crash report: Unfortunately Destiny only saves one Report so I don't have multiple to compare side by side but they appear to be similar:
EXCEPTION_RECORD: (.exr -1) ExceptionAddress: 00007ff7d5037916 (destiny2+0x0000000001177916) ExceptionCode: c0000005 (Access violation) ExceptionFlags: 00000000 NumberParameters: 2 Parameter[0]: 0000000000000000 Parameter[1]: 0000000000000008 Attempt to read from address 0000000000000008
It seems as if Destiny tries to read data at an address that doesn't exist or it is not allowed to access On a side note: the crash reports that my System runs Windows 8 wich it evidently does not wich might be a reason for concern. Moreover I don't think I even ran D2 under Win 8 when it was on battle.net let and certainly not when it came to Steam. Does anyone know this issue and a potential fix? What can I do? Everything I found online so far has been of no help. Because if this continues Which Queen will be unplayable. Game Info:
Build: 101478.22.01.22.2200.v500_live.main___release Branch: v500_live.main Game type: tiger_release_final Content Revision: 0 Content Build: 101478 Content Untracked: 0
