STAFF or MODS please review: missing a legacy memorialization emblem despite being entitled w/ proof
Hello,
I am missing the Slayer of Oryx emblem from my collection. If you are a staff or a mod please review the info below. If you are not staff then please let me know how else can I reach Bungie about this issue because the forums don't seem to be very effective.
If you check my collection you can see I received 2 legacy emblems so I am not totally missing all of them. The Slayer of Oryx emblem requires you to complete one triumph from year 2 D1. I completed 3 before the August 1, 2017 deadline. The picture link I posted here is the date my legacy screen said I completed the Regicide mission which was one of the year 2 D1 triumphs.
After reviewing the screenshot and taking into consideration the deadline and the fact that I got the other emblems it clearly shows that I am entitled to the Slayer of Oryx emblem but simply didn't receive it due to error. Please help.
There are two issues with your screenshot and your gameplay history.
The first is that the screenshot you're showing of your memories just means that you beat the Taken King campaign.
The second issue is that you're equating beating the campaign with having turned in the Y2 Moment of Triumph for doing so.
You needed to collect the book for the Y2 Moments of Triumph during the event window. You stopped playing in June of 2016 and didn't go back until January of 2017. You seem to have completely skipped the Year 2 Moments of Triumph event; how could you turn it in in the book if you didn't play during the event?
