Log into your account at microsoft.com and then go to your purchase history. Find your purchase of Beyond Light. There will be a status on the purchase. If the status shows anything other than Completed then your purchase actually never finalized. If you are or were a Game Pass subscriber, you may never have noticed the purchase didn't complete because Game Pass was giving you access to Beyond Light up until December 2021 when all D2 content was removed from XBox Game Pass. If the status shows anything other than Completed you will need to contact Microsoft for further assistance.
