This is usually an indication of thermal problems. I have a PS5 and almost all my play time is there and my unit never shuts down in this way. I keep my PS5 in an open room with ambient temps between 60F and 70F with good air cooling. If you have your PS5 in a cubby hole or other placement where it doesn't have 6 feet of air clearance going all the way around that could be the issue. Additionally, your issue could be with the manufacturing of the PS5. It is always possible the cooling parts in your PS5 are not the same as mine or the thermal paste applied to your CPU was not as optimal as mine.
There is also an outside possibility it could be a corruption in your system software. You can try ruling that out by doing a complete system wipe/installation. Instructions can be found on Sony's website if you wish to go that route.
