I pre-ordered Witch queen months ago, deluxe edition with the anniversary bundle, and it's no longer on my account. Witch queen is released in a couple of days and I'd like it to be resolved before then

  • Go to microsoft.com and log into your account. Then go into purchase history and find your pre-order purchase. Check the status of that order, if it shows anything other than Completed then Microsoft has declined your order. If this is the case you will need to contact Microsoft for further assistance.
