I decided to make a new character after returning to Destiny. I am unable to access the Titan quest 'Riding the Storm' from Ikora, so I am unable to use the Arc class. I deleted my titan and made a new hunter instead. I was also unable to access the 'Stoking the Flame' quest, so I am unable to use the solar class. Note: I completed all required quests in order to reach the subclass quest and Ikora gives me nothing.
