The tile says it all. I am on an Xbox One X if it matters and it never happened before Witch Queen dropped. Dark areas become glowing white, making the game nearly unplayable. And when you add explosions into the mix, it's causes massive eye strain. Good thing I'm not subject to seizures because I'd be rolling around on the ground in a firefight. I have tried adjusting the HDR sliders, but nothing works. Here are 3 example videos showing just how bad it is.
