Hello, I unfortunately misused my cross play enable because I thought I lost my stuff from PSN to Xbox, can I get a second chance? I'm wishing to play with my PSN progress on my XBOX, please?

You can disable cross save and reenable it yourself. However you will need to wait 90 days before it can be reenabled.
