Don't think i was given the dead messenger quest when i unlocked Vox since i don't have it/can't find it anywhere. I've already: 1. Played the Witch Queen campaign and completed The Investigation mission 2. Completed the Rising Tension quest 3. Completed steps 1-7 of Operation Elbrus to "unlock the Kill the Messenger quest" 4. Completed the Vox Obscura mission once before. I have screenshots attached to show proof. I also have vox unlocked on all my other characters as well, so i'm not sure if even repeating these same steps again for both of my other characters would yield me the quest.
