Bungie has does not control the accounts linked to your profile, only you can do this since you are the one who linked them. Bungie does not have our (player) passwords / emails etc. You will need to work with the platform customer support for help recovering the account.

You're not understanding me, i linked an OLD Steam and I now have a NEW ONE and I cannot deactivate this linked account because I don't have the password and email

Bungie cannot unlink your accounts since they do not authenticate them, only you can. You will need to contact steam for help recovering the authentication information of your account.
