Still not receiving Bungie emails after following the troubleshooting steps provided

When the year in review email was being sent out, I followed the troubleshooting steps that were meant to solve the issue. They were: " UPDATE: Below is a workaround that may fix some users ❖Open your Bungie email settings ❖Uncheck all except “I allow Bungie to email me about news and updates” ❖Save ❖Recheck everything & Save We’re continuing to investigate solutions. Emails will be sent later today & on 2/21 " I followed these instructions on 2/19 and multiple times since then, but still never received the year in review email on 2/21. I have triple checked that my email is typed in correctly, and it has been verified for years. Then a few days ago, many of my clanmates got emails about their first clears of DSC and VoG, which I also never received. With another email about VotD coming soon, I would like to have this issue resolved, but I don't know what more I can do.
