Hi there!
Emails are not normally needed to log into Steam accounts. You need to use the Steam login name you created upon account creation to log into your account.
If you are not sure what this is, please contact Steam Support.
Please note that Bungie is unable to unlink any accounts from profiles for any reason. You will need to resolve this issue with the platform in order to authenticate your account.

Also this was a long time ago I don’t remember the username or password for that account

Unfortunately, Bungie cannot assist with this. You will need to contact Steam Support to see what options you have available to retrieve your account information.

But won’t I need to authenticate my user by it sending a verification email to that email address to login to that steam account
