Not able to claim bungie reward

I can't claim the emblem for 10 carries in VoD eventho I have more than enough. I attached a link to a tweet of mine showing I have more and that I can't claim it

    Bungie is aware of an issue with the correct amount of carries not registering. They are investigating the issue.
