Don't know if anyone else has noticed recently but after someone mentioned during a run of VotD, I looked in my triumphs page and my seal for Moments of Triumph 2021 has vanished, I know that not only did I complete it before Witch Queen but I had it for some time after it launched because I saw it in my triumphs page. Don't know if there's some way Bungie can verify that I did in fact complete the seal and return it to my triumphs page or not but I recommend everyone check their triumphs page and report it to Bungie if you're missing the seal.
