I haven't jumped into dares for anything since you remove strange coin drops in strikes, gambit, and the crucible. There's no currency incentive to grab bounties, jump in and grab some dares loot. If you start giving the strange coin economy some life again Dares will jump back guaranteed giving some more stuff for us guardians to do.
