Cross Save error
How do I fix this?
Authentication Error
Unlinking has failed because you are attempting to link an account that is involved in Cross Save. Please sign in with that account separately, undo its Cross Save pairing, and then attempt to link again.There has been an error. Please try again later.

Hi there! You only have one account linked to this profile, which is your XBOX account. If you intend to add another account to your profile so you can use it for Cross Save, please add it to your profile first. You can do so by clicking on your profile picture in the upper right then click on Settings. Then, in the Account and Linking section, you can click on the platform you intend to link. Once all platform accounts are linked, you can activate Cross Save. For more information on Cross Save, please review the Cross Save Guide, linked below.
