Give Jade Rabbit a different exotic perk

Chaining body shots for bonus precision damage is underwhelming and useless. It's just like a special legendary and also outshined by Dead Man's Tale. Rework the rabbit, please.

The new, new kell of kells

It's useless you don't see it anymore primary non elemental weapons in a whole are bad.
