Why can't I access my investigation board on any of my characters?

Hello, The evidence board quests are tracked account-wide and can only be completed once. I checked your weapons, and it seems like you have unlocked an exotic glaive. This means you won't be able to complete the evidence board quests again on other characters. The patterns for the other two glaives are random drops from the Wellspring activity.
