I have a question. My friend has been trying to do powerful rewards to level up but some pinnacle and other rewards for certain activities don't show up for him and when he tries to complete them he doesn't get any powerful gear for completing them at all. Is there a way to fix this?

Pinnacles won’t be available until players reach a certain light level.

He's at 1506 power level, the pinnacles and powerful tiers we're there for him but then they upped and disappeared.
