I’ve recently re-installed destiny 2 and when I brought it it came with 2 DLCs which are now no longer a think does this mean for the players who wasted there money on them can get the new ones for free?

No one got the new dlcs for free for the old dlc been vaulted. You will need to purchase the dlcs like the rest of us have.
