You must be able to authenticate all accounts that are attached to your account. Bungie will NOT remove it for you.
Once removed you will need to wait the 90 day lockout period.

I can authenticate my Playstation and Xbox account but have no clue who the person is that linked their Xbox account to my Playstation account keeping me from linking my own Xbox account. I just need to figure out how to disconnect it from my cross-platform. The disconnect button is grayed out and won't let me click it.
