I have gotten Qualichor and turned it in for the Refined Qualichor and cashed that in a couple of times, but now although I have the quest again it never progresses. Have been told that Qualichor dropped (e.g. for "On the Trail" and Hive Inquisitor activities) and it's in my inventory.
