Whats your opinion on the overall armor designs of d2.
Do you think the armor in d2, looks great overall, looks okay-ish overall or looks bad overall.

Symmetry is a must, especially in terms of armor coverage. Having armor plate on one Titan leg but only padding on the other for example, I'm looking at you Sunbreak Greaves...

D2 really has tapped into the fantasy element of D2s sci fi, from the vex armor of season of the undying to the all glowy guardian games armor, I'm a fan of it. I want more armor sets that aren't so over the top, I know I've slayed gods and all but I don't need such overly expressive armor all the time. I can appreciate sets like the throne world armor which is more grounded in Design

Needs to be more flashy because fashion armor

Overall and in general, it's okay. There are examples where the design is pretty solid and then there are examples of it being meh. Look at the armor that came with WQ and Season 17 For the most part, the Throne World Veritas set has some really nice pieces (except the Hunter's cloak.. what's with the bubble cowl??) As well as the seasonal Tusked Allegiance set. Then we have the open world / playlist sets that use the exact same model with minor differences in the color schemes and 'decals'. Although I do like the Midnight Oil set for the Titan, simply because the gauntlets do not have any asinine shoulder plates..

Edited by Ghostfire239: 5/21/2022 8:21:19 PMMost are just meh. They’re not bad, they’re not good either. Most of the good ones come from eververse. There are some gems though, Last wish gear is great and the Hunter crown of sorrow gear is pretty good.

could be better

I think they are ok, the one I'm rolling now suites my tastes, I just wish my chest piece had a scarf.
