Can not access PS5 WQ Deluxe purchase's Seasons on PC

I recently bough WQ Deluxe on the playstation store. I'm aware that seasons can be access cross platform via cross save but I cant see any confirmation of seasons purchased showing up in game (in the seasons tab banner) when I access Destiny 2 on my cross save enabled Steam account or my PS5. Please help and thank you. I have also confirmed proof of purchase of WQ Deluxe with Sony Playstation support and have followed all reinstalling/relogging/license enabledment steps on PC and PS5. I do not gameshare and did enable cross save before purchase on my primary account (PS).
