[Bug] Bound in Sorrow Quest Step 1/51 won't progress
The problem is that the main quest Bound in Sorrow won't progress. But I got the triumph, "Nightmare Remains". So that step 1/51 should be completed, right? I already abandon the quest and took it out from the archive, but the bug still persist.

I don't even have the mission Bound in Sorrow. I have the challenge to complete it and kill the Scorn Chieftans but not Bound in Sorrow itself as such I can't access Sever.

This happened to me, Problem was, my inventory was Full, so Bound was sending to Kadi-55. Once I cleared some items out of inventory, went to Kadi and accepted the Bound, which I had 4, the quest completed. So Check your inventory, if all spaces full, clear some out and go to Kadi

also appear to have this particular feature enabled...1385/3500 in the triumph, zero progress in quest. Have logged/restarted, dropped and re-acquired the quest, with no change.
