In a group it's harder to be impacted by it (save for flawless runs) but as a solo runner it has happened to me several times. It's not geometry collisions or damage deaths either, nor does it seem to be triggered by a mechanic or enemy action. This encounter has a lot of player CC in it, but I am fairly confident the deaths I've included in the videos are neither from that, nor from damage or collision. In one of the clips, the boss instantly kills me without even stomping, or pushing. I just get shot and die (but not from damage). Normally you'd assume it's from boss damage but the game has claimed the source as The Architects. The mobs have been doing this to me too, sometimes even instantly killing me to The Architects in midair, nowhere near obstacles. It also appears as though the likelihood of it happening increases as the encounter goes on, to the point where I have been unable to complete a second DPS phase on the boss without dying to this. In the second clip you can see my death happening seemingly without cause, as the boss clearly isn't doing enough damage with their weapon to trigger this. Both clips I've included happen to be during the boss fight but running into this issue is not exclusive to that portion of the attempt - it has happened while doing the mechanics outside of the nightmare to adds. Edit: Though it happens significantly more during the DPS phase. I'm also not sure if I just happen to be in a bugged instance but if I go to orbit I lose my solo run attempt. Lastly, I'm aware there is a significant amount of CC in these encounters. Pretty much every mob save for the snipers can CC me, and I'll admit to dying to collision deaths a few times, but these are not those kinds of deaths.
