as the classy restoration mod from the seasonal artefact is the key ingredient for a solar 3.0 build that has enough survivability in high tier content (at least for hunters but also for warlocks, as both have not the pleasure of sunspots), solar 3.0 will be kind of useless as soon as this season is over. So please make this a fragment to keep solar 3.0 alive.
