I have been trying to get the app on my new phone and it is not my gamer tag that is showing and none of my info. What can I do?

When you log in to the Destiny companion app you use the authentication for your platform account. If you log in and see another account this means you are using different / incorrect information. You may want to reach out to your platform customer support for help recovering the account credentials.
