Hi Bungie! I am hoping for some support.
I don't know if this constitutes a ticket system. Otherwise, I hope there's a channel where I can receive direct support.
My challenges are locked. I have a challenge that doesn't exist yet, and a deep sight pattern challenge that is already complete, and I'm unable to click it off. As a result, I can only track one thing at a time.
Is there a way this can be reset for me?

Bumping this again. I found the https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new page, but it doesn't seem to have a way to submit a ticket for in-game issues. If there is a local file I can delete to clear my tracking list, I'd love to know how, because for the time being, I've been locked out of one part of my tracking allotment for weeks now. Thanks,

Just bumping this?? Is there a better way to submit a ticket to Bungie? I don't know if I can solve this on my end by deleting some cache, or if it has to be addressed by a Bungie rep. As of this week I can finally untrack Glean Cut, since we've reached that week in the seasonal challenges. However, the Explosive Personality pattern triumph is still locked as completed, and I cannot untrack it. Help?
