I wanted to add something else that happened today (apart from an actual crash of the game during a dungeon run).
I was playing a nightmare containment (it was at tier 2) and I remember going in the character menu. Something was happening it started slowing down as described earlier but this time I was in the menu so it wasn't rendering anything too complex/cluttered on screen.
It slowed down so much that the cursor wasn't moving in the direction i wanted anymore. It took about 2-3 seconds to unlock and go back to normal

It's not just you. I've noticed intermittent micro stuttering on the PS5 as well a couple days ago. I couldn't replicate it but restarting the game fixed it but sometimes it would be back. It's not a drop in FPS but only micro stuttering by which I mean that the game was being jittery and not fluid like I'm used to. Never experienced this before. The menu and cursor were also micro stuttering as if there's some sort of memory leak taking place. It hasn't happened for the past couple days now so I'm not sure what's going on with the game.
