Edited by LahDsai: 7/3/2022 4:24:36 AMI just dice, dip in egg, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake. It's nothing special, but the the way Thai sweet chili sauce soaks into the bread makes it a perfect medium.

Marinate, use a pellet grill

Grilled, but you need to marinate it. Especially the white meat.

First you take it out of the freezer, then place the desired amount spaced out upon a tray and slide it into the central shelf within the air fryer. Set the temperature to 400 and cook for 10 minutes, flip, then put them back in for another 10. If they're not as crispy as you'd like, put them back for another 4 minutes upon the top shelf. Once cooked, dump them onto a paper plate and pour salt all over them. Enjoy.

I've recently been a huge fan of jerk chicken. I usually just toss it in a slow cooker with some sides.

Get a whole chicken and coat with whatever marinade/rub you prefer, something BBQ-y is good. Drink about half a beer and cut off the very top of the can. Put the half empty can up the chicken’s bum and sit it upright in the oven. Cook.
