As we approach Grandmaster Nightfalls next week I'm SO disappointed and frustrated that a couple of glaring issues are apparently not being considered which might (almost definitely will) negatively affect GM experiences.
1) Phalanx shield-bash and other physics-based attacks having so much kinetic energy that it's possible to be killed in a single frame from full health at T10 resilience. Not even being knocked into a wall - just instantly killed. By a red-bar enemy's melee attack.
2) The Solar Fulmination mod damaging or even killing the user. Should have been fixed weeks ago, it's a tier 5 artifact mod that's actually a detriment to any close-range ignition-based build.
Yes, there are other issues that need to be resolved as well, but to me these seem to be the most critical and yet are not even acknowledged. What's going on? I know they've been reported because I've reported them both myself along with many others. Are there not enough Bungie staff on the forums to keep up with the volume of reports, causing these major issues to slip through the cracks? Something needs to be done to correct the cause of these oversights, whatever it is.

What is the point of this forum if things like this just fall through the cracks? We report issues that nobody looks at. Utterly useless.

Edited by Pyro Gnome: 7/3/2022 8:47:40 AMThe fact that anyone would downvote this says a lot about how ignorant the community is about game development. Apparently you've all been conditioned to accept this kind of thing as normal. As a QA professional I can tell you for a fact that either their QA is bad or the issues are being reported and shipped anyway. You should NOT be content with this.

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 7/1/2022 1:48:53 AMFor shield bashes/physics deaths - they've been around since D1 days - if they could fix it chances are it would have been done by now, just gotta keep some distance between you and phalanxes For solar fulmination, yeah should've been fixed but just look at how long the piercing sidearm fix took. If it goes another week or two without a fix chances are it's not happening - we are in the last 6 and a half weeks now. Also the known issues page is missing a lot of stuff and isn't really a 'these are all of the known issues that we have replied to/confirmed' just a quick list of things
