Minimum resilience needed for PvP?

Title^ I’m aware this is probably a semi-complicated question, just would really appreciate a simple answer. Just don’t want to be getting two-tapped by high-impact weapons if I can avoid it lol Not a fan of my Hunter being a tank 🤷‍♂️

I'd say the minimum you should reach for is tier 2. Otherwise, 140 rpm hand cannons can kill you in 2 crits + 1 bodyshot. Next after that is 6 for a variety of things, and 9 if you want to make lobbies unplayable with a certain build that shall not be named.

    • It just depends, I don’t go under tier 3 but recently with the flinch changes A LOT of people are running 80-100 resilience. It just depends on what your playstyle is

      • Minimum is 2 but I recommend 3 on Hunter. You tank 2 head 1 body from 140s not named Thorn and survive a bullet from an SMG Note: Titans should run high resil, I run 9 on Behemoth Titan

      • Personally i only run about 3 resil on my hunter, and can’t remember a single time that having a higher resil would have saved me. The difference between t0 resil and t10 resil in pvp is only like 18 health if i can remember correctly, and outside of those rare niche use cases, that little heath isn’t going to be saving you often, if at all. Biggest reason personally if i would ever run a high resilience build would be because at t9+, with a titan overshield and omni dmg resist, your able to tank a chaperone headshot.

      • I'd say 4-6 is where most of the common break points are. But I think you might want to start being around 6+ with some of the buffs coming.
