This is a really bad answer, when someone gets an error code when playing trials and is now timed out. They are now at the mercy of the time out. So here is my question. How do I challenge this?? It's not fair to me because I get kicked for no reason.

If you’re receiving errors codes you may want to take a look at the detailed network troubleshooting guide here. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide You can also search the name of the error code you received for information on what it means.

I have 1g/1g my network is fine. It's the servers that cause issues, only thing I am saying is I should not be punished because of an error code. They should know the difference when some leaves or gets kicked. That's it

There are no server issues at the moment. It’s always worth looking into connectivity issues as download/ upload doesn’t mean much. Stability and less packet lose an help create a much smoother experience.
