Hi there.
If the bundle is still in your inventory you can press the Refund button to return the bundle and receive your Silver, however, if the bundle has been opened then it's not possible to receive a refund.
Per our [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13660]Silver Refund policy[/url], we don't provide Silver refunds or transfers for any Destiny release.

Unfortunately, if the item itself is in your inventory then it is not eligible for refund.

Sorry I meant to say that it’s a sparrow and I haven’t equipped it it’s still in the slots not in my inventory I haven’t used it too

They meant if it's no longer in the Eververse gift box then you are not eligible for a refund. Doesn't matter if you haven't equipped or used it. Once it's out of the box, that's the transaction complete.
