How do i actually get in touch with bungie customer service? I can't find a number anywhere.

I cant hear anyone on voice chat. Ive gone to the settings and made sure everything is on and even reset everything to default settings. I even went into my console settings and made sure everything was okay on that end. No matter what I do, I cant hear anyone.
